Our Standard Outpatient Program

For individuals who do not require a higher level of care, our outpatient services provide personalized, evidence-based treatment while allowing clients to continue living at home and participating in their daily activities. Services may include nutrition counseling, individual therapy, comprehensive eating disorder assessments, meal planning, medical care coordination, and relapse prevention. Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to support lasting recovery by addressing the nutritional, emotional, and behavioral aspects of eating disorders through individualized care. Sessions with each provider are once per week or less. Standard outpatient care typically has one appointment per week with ED, RD and LPC and groups are optional.
